Q: How do we get started?
A: Complete a rental form to receive a reusable 9-Hole Course Kit that’s stored at your course for year-after-year use. Order Golfer Kits before each event, ready to hand out to golfers at check-in.
Q: How soon can we get started?
A: Once your Course Kit rental form is complete, we'll coordinate onboarding and delivery of your Course Kit. Golfer Kits can be ordered as you schedule each event.
Q: Once I have the Course Kit, how do I purchase Golfer Kits?
A: You can purchase Golfer Kits directly online with credit card. If you prefer invoicing, you can submit a purchase order online or email us/call us directly.
Q: What's the lead time for delivery?
A: Your Course Kit will be delivered within 14 days of completing your simple rental agreement. Golfer Kits can be shipped in 5-7 days. Lead times vary depending on inventory and season. Contact us for current availability.
Q: Why do you rent the Course Kit?
A: Course Kits are rented so we can stand behind every Course Kit with a warranty and ongoing product support. Renting also give courses priority access to our newest glow golf products. You’ll also join a growing community of courses sharing ideas and best practice for running glow golf.
Q: Is there a demo program?
A: Yes. Our One-Hole Demo allows your staff to set up and evaluate the products before making a decision. If it’s a fit, we’ll help you transition to a 9-Hole Course Kit
Q: Which golf courses are already using your products?
A: Tour Golf League products are used by private, public, municipal, and resort courses across the United States – from TPC level courses to small par 3’s.
Q: Why Tour Golf League instead of another glow golf company?
Other glow golf companies primarily distribute party supplies not built for golf. Tour Golf League designs, manufactures, and sells glow golf products for golf course and golfer use.
Q: Are Tour Golf League products noticeably different than competitors?
Yes. Golfers who played glow golf before quickly notice Tour Golf League lighting is brighter and has a more structured color system, making it easier to play at night. Event Operations
Q: How long does setup and teardown take?
A: A typical 9-hole course can be set up in about 60–90 minutes and removed in a similar amount of time after the event. Most courses find setup becomes even faster after their first few events.
Q: Does my existing staff need special training?
A: No. The system is designed for existing golf course staff. We provide onboarding materials, operating guides, and support so your team can confidently run events.
Q: Is the Course Kit easy to transport and set up?
A. Yes. The Course Kit is organized into individual bags for each hole. The Course Kit bags are designed to sit on the passenger seat of a golf cart or flat-bed. Staff drive the cart along the course and pull products as needed for each hole.
Q: How many staff members are required to operate Course Kit (lighting course)?
A: Most courses can light the course with 1-2 designated staff members. Following our event playbook has helped courses save considerable time setting up and taking down.
Q: What equipment do we need to provide versus what do you supply?
A: Tour Golf League supplies Course Kits (lighting) and Golfer Kits (supplies) to fully operate events. The golf course simply operates the kits to run glow golf events.

Q: What's included in the package?
A: Each 9-hole Course Kit includes stake lights, flag lights, cup lights, and bags. Everything needed to light the course. Golfer Kits include two glow golf balls, a safety flashlight, and a glow wristband. Everything needed for golfers to safely navigate the course at night.
Q: How durable are the glow products?
A: The lighting products are built using durable ABS for year after year use and are water proof certified. We understand sprinklers go off and rain happens.
Q: How long do the batteries last?
A: The advanced lighting system is designed to operate through 7+ events (50+ hours) before AA batteries need replacement.
Q: Are we required to purchase and change batteries?
A: Yes. The lighting takes standard AA batteries that can be purchased through our discounted suppliers. The products were designed for quick switch out by one staff in 2-3 hours using an electric screw driver.
Q: What happens if the lighting is lost or damaged?
A: Replacement products are provided with a warranty to cover to cover lost or broken lights (refer to your rental agreement).
Q: Can the products withstand rain or different weather conditions?
A: Yes. The products are designed for outdoor golf course use. We understand sprinklers systems may go off and rain happens.

Q: How many holes can be played?
A standard Course Kit includes products and bags for 9-holes.
Q: Does every hole work well for challenging courses?
A: Most holes work very well and we work with all types of golf courses from TPC level to small par 3’s. During onboarding we'll help identify the best routing for the experience.
Q: Do golfers operate a golf cart at night with out head lights?
A: Yes. All Golfer Kits include a high beam flashlight which supplements headlamps. Over 80% of championship level courses provide golfers with golf carts at night.
Q: How much lighting is needed?
A: We designed a proven standard course lighting layout based on golf course and golfer’s feedback. Our standard lighting system helps golfers easily navigate through the course and each hole while making course set up and take down easy.
Q: Will the setup damage the course or greens?
A: No. The products are designed to be temporary and leave no permanent impact on the course.
Q: Can it be used on driving ranges, putting greens, or mini-golf courses?
A: Yes. The lighting system can also be used for practice facilities, putting contests, and other golf entertainment events.
Q: Do we need electricity?
A: No. The lighting system is AA battery powered and does not require electricity on the course.
Safety
Q: Is it safe for players to golf in the dark?
A: Yes. Courses use designated lighting, player flashlights, and recommended operating procedures to create a safe environment.
Q: What safety measures are recommended?
A: Provide each golfer with a safety lighting, identify key hazards before play, and follow the operating guidelines included during onboarding.
Q: Have other courses had accidents or issues?
A: Our partner courses have successfully hosted Glow Golf events using our operating procedures. As with any golf activity, courses should follow normal safety practices.
Financial
Q: What does it cost?
A: The annual Course Lighting Kit is $1,500 per 9-hole kit, and Golfer Kits are $15 per golfer. Additional Glow Balls are $3 per ball (come in sleeves).
Q: Is it a one-time purchase or annual program?
A: The Course Lighting Kit is an annual program. The equipment stays at your course and can be used throughout the year.
Q: Are there recurring costs?
A: Yes. The annual Course Lighting Kit fee and Golfer Kits used for each event.
Q: How much can we charge players?
A: Most courses charge standard green and cart fees then add on product cost or mark-up accordingly.

Q: Who is the target audience?
A: Our products are performance-based to help attract all levels of golfers looking for a new and exciting golf event. Couples Scrambles, Fundraisers, Friday Night Glow Leagues, Tournaments, Corporate Outings, and Member Events are very popular.
Q: How many players can participate at once?
A: Capacity depends on your course and event format. Most courses operate similarly to traditional tee sheet management and play 6 golfers per hole.
Q: How long does a typical Glow Golf event last?
A: Most events are completed in 2–3 hours, depending on the number of players, skill-levels, and playing format.
Q: Do players need to bring any special equipment?
A: No. Players simply bring their golf clubs. Tour Golf League provides all supplies needed for golfers to safely play.
